No release date has been announced for the trio of titles, but Nintendo says more information will be revealed soon, so hopefully we don’t have to wait any longer for those details. Either way, Switch players were waiting Kingdom Hearts on the platform for quite a long time, so at least it’s here now. This is a bit disappointing, especially since virtually all of these games (maybe with the exception of Kingdom Hearts 3) are quite old and can easily run natively on Switch hardware.

Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 ReMix, Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue, and Kingdom Hearts 3 are all coming to the Nintendo Switch, though there’s a catch. Ultimate crowns its post-launch support with the much requested Sora from Kingdom Hearts as its latest DLC fighter, and to accompany this announcement, Nintendo has confirmed that the Kingdom Hearts the series will basically arrive on Switch (more or less).
